Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn
This is Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn. Master Jinn is the master to jedi apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi. He and his apprentice were sent on a mission to negotiate with the trade federation along with the small, peaceful planet, Naboo. |
Jedi Apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi
This is jedi apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi. A jedi apprentice is also known as a padawan. Obi-wan accompanied his master to Naboo to carry out their mission. Obi-Wan is nearly ready to take the trials to become a knight. |

Queen Amidala of the Naboo
This is the young Queen of Naboo. Queen Amidala is only 14 years old. Her planet was invaded by the Trade Federation. She fled her planet to go to Courscant but her ship was damaged so they were forced to land on a planet called Tatooine. There she disguised herself as one of her hand maidens, Padme. Padme is her less formal name. While she was Padme her loyal decoy, Sabe, stood as Queen for her. She didn't reveal her true idenity untill they were back on Naboo. |
Anakin Skywalker
Young Anakin Skywalker was born on the desert planet Tatooine. He is a slave of Watto the owner of a Junk Shop. Durring a sandstorm Anakin offers a place to wait it over, at his home, for his friends, Qui-Gon Jinn, Padme Naberrie and Jar-Jar Binks. There Qui-Gon tells the young boy why they are really here. Anakin comes up with a plan to help them get away. soon Qui-gon starts a bet with Watto and of course Qui-Gon Wins. Qui-Gon bet that Anakin will win in a podrace, if he does he gets the boy(and will free him). Anakin was brought to Courscant and presented in front of the jedi council. There Yoda said that the Boy was too old to start training at the temple even though he had a higher medi-colorian count then Master Yoda himself.

Jar-Jar Binks
This is Jar-Jar Binks. In the biginning of the movie Qui-Gon runs into Jar-Jar and saves his life. It is a custom to Gungans that if one saves your life you shall repay them as their servant. Qui-Gon found this unnecessary but Jar-Jar wouldn't let him refuse. He took them to his home in the under water city called Otho Gunga. Thre the high Leader of the Gungas, the Boss Nass, was convinced under the mind trick of Qui-Gon Jinn, to give them a transport through the planet core. A direct route to Naboo. He joined them on their way to Courscant. When Queen Amidala was about to return to Naboo she asked Jar-Jar Binks to help her by uniting the Gungans with the people of Naboo to fight the trade federation army. |
Darth Maul
Darth Maul is the apprentice to the dark lord, Darth Sidious. There isn't much known about Darth Maul only that he is a sith and his life's mission is kill the jedi. He met up with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan. They both fought against their opponent untill Qui-Gon was stabbed in his stomach by Darth Maul's evil lightsaber. Obi-Wan continued to fight the sith. In the end Obi-Wan cut the sith in half. Obi-wan killed him in enough time to hear his master's last words, his wish for Obi-Wan Kenobi to train Anakin Skywalker.
